This shampoo does not need to be diluted or applied in two passes under normal conditions, when the scalp is not particularly oily. It distributes easily and leaves the scalp and hair clean, despite being sulfate-free. In fact, it is suitable for the Curly Method!
Apply a small amount to wet hair on different areas of the scalp: forehead, occipital area, temporal area, and top of the head. Gently massage, making sure to distribute it evenly, and rinse.
Our advice is not to use very hot water and not to lather the lengths. The shampoo that naturally runs down the hair shaft is enough to clean them. Only if you regularly use conventional products might you experience excess buildup. In that case, you can also use it on the lengths to remove buildup and restore light, shiny hair.
